New Batteries

Well the cold snap killed my batteries (or rather made a thing I knew was on the way out worse). Looked around and the cheapest I could find was from The Battery Guys http://www.thebatteryguys.co.uk/. Korean made Solite batteries. Turned up next business day and look to be pretty good. Certainly now no problems with starting and the batteries look like proper batteries - weigh a ton and actually have screw caps on each cell (even though they are sealed for life) so hopefully will be able to after a year or so start using Bat-aid pills in them to keep them clean. Considerably bigger than the existing batteries that were on the car and I've always found that with batteries, size and weight counts.

Anyway they were £78 each shipped incl VAT. They sell the proper ones - i.e the matched pair with the different handed post orientation.
