It took me several attempts to submit a forum registration LCCSA admin would accept. I visit when a link is posted on here but I don't bother any other time because it's all a bit too "nose up in the air" like Crispin says for my liking. Up to them how they run their forum but I wouldn't like to see the same thing happen here.

IIRC the SA govt has passed some silly law that's made the LCCSA a fee-paying club now, much to the disgust of the members. That's (partly) shy the joining routine is quite odd.

Like Crispin said - we deliberately left all that up to the individual - obviously the more they share the more they get. Or that's the theory anyway
