Only thing "rare" about that is the price.
I'm always wary of listings with consistent spelling and grammatical errors. So many times it has preceded a problem.

Still got "stick and Pedal" and no air con. Soon get fed up with that set up no matter how "mint" the Cruiser is. At this stratospheric price level i'd be giving the 100 series mentioned above the first viewing.
