pc problem!!!!

Can anybody advise me on a small problem i have with the trial version of office word 2007,it came on a new laptop and the kids done some schoolwork on it but we never got it finished and printed before the trial expired,now we can only look at the pages but cant actively print/change anything?can i get another trial period or download again ???not bothered about having it long term but just to get them bits off.
