Removing OKO tyre sealant

Jon, that's an interesting point, considering all the new regs around 'quiet' tyres, and with manufacturers having to use different compunds to adhere to pollution laws as well - clean rubber only type stuff. Wonder if theres something in all that?

:liar: Fortunately, Cooper STTs, like BFGs, don't get punctures ... :liar:

Definitely an odd one that.
I've been using GREEN or GREY off-road OKO for close to 20 years in all sorts of vehicles, but whats more of interest is I've used it in cars, vans and 4x4's all that time too.
Cars and vans - Balanced wheels - 500ml - Drive 20 miles.
The only noticeable effect was on my wife's car with 205/45/16 tyres, it occasionally blocked valves and it had a minor steering wheel wobble in the mornings between 10mph and 30mph until it got out of our estate and upto speed and a wobble for 10 seconds after hitting certain unhealthy bumps / potholes, no problems apart from that even at up to 130mph (on private land)
When she had an Escort on 195/50/15 we didn't even have that.
Vans, can't say I ever noticed....
4x4's - Balanced wheels - 750ml - drive 20 miles
Only thing I've ever noticed is a minor wheel wobble in the mornings getting out of the estate.

But this is on GREEN or GREY off-road OKO (I got it cheap)
I've never tried any of the other types.

Once tried SLIME in my nieces mountain bike, crap. (IMHO)

Odd isn't it. I have used bottle after bottle of the green / grey stuff and never had a single issue. Never even knew there was a pink version. I would certainly not use that if that's all there was. The stuff I use is the off road version. now what makes it off road I have no idea, but it works fine.
OKO isn't the only brand of course.
Do you use it in the tyres on your Toyota Anus Chris?

No Jon I didn't because it's not my car. I don't even check the oil. I've had quite a few flat tyres. Two in a week!

It's good stuff. Avoiding the pink for my Anus though. Sounds like it would be the source of pain. It does have a stupid space saver thing.
