Romania 2015

Does anyone know if Chas is alright?

Yep Mike, he came back to Bucharest with us last evening, stayed overnight and left first thing this morning.

He's better now and at 9:00pm I had an SMS to say he'd crossed the Hungarian/Romanian border.

Glad to hear he is ok
Have text the other but no answer from either one

But its still hot in Austria

We did...:icon-biggrin:

Chas is fine now, most went down with a 24 hr tummy bug (probably just a change in the water or something) and Chas happened to be the last to get it on the day he'd planned to leave.

So he stayed an extra day, and set off this morning .

Nice video clips, I enjoyed the one on the forest trail.
Surprised at people walking through that tunnel

I was up there a week before you. Did also Transalpina. Fantastic places!

Shame we couldn't meet up!

Yes, the Transalpina is quite a road, but with all these 'improvements' to assist Joe Public's access, I can't help thinking it was 'better' (for the likes of us) as a rough 'off-road' track . Certainly the Transalpina was a challenge before they asphalted it. :icon-wink:

Yes Andy, the pedestrians came as a surprise to me too, wasn't expecting that!

Donkeys or some sheep maybe, but they seemed to have more sense and kept out of it

Good news Mike, no problems I imagine, you're making good progress!
