They must be putting the wrong shim(s) on it, ask them what size shim(s) they needed for it the wrong size shim(s) will stress the bearing in a direction it's not designed for when the clutch is engaged.

Yes i was going to say perhaps poor workman ship on the replacement items?

I have a 2007 120

Rims replaced under warranty
Wiper arms replaced under warranty
Injectors under warranty

Had to do one wheel bearing myself,but mind you, there is 460,000 kms on it!!!

What's gone wrong with my 120 ...

Slight 'bump from behind' - propshaft needed greasing (and when a hint of it started coming back, Toyota fitted a new propshaft).
Injectors were getting a bit noisy - changed under warranty

That's it. 4.5 years old now.

Aircon relay
Water pump
Batteries

Changed injector washers as a preventative measure and a few self inflicted bits

I also forgot the 2 front wheel bearings replaced just after I bought it.
