Spotlights blowing fuse

I have a set of Narva 175 spot lights (12v) and when I adjusted the lights (they were not pointing in the spot) the fuse (30amp) blew. I have had them for a while and they have been working fine. I didn't touch any of the wiring so I'm not sure where to go from here.

If you moved them on their mounting, check for broken wiring insulation in the mounting where it goes into the light housing. If you used a spanner, check any wiring around where that spanner was used for damaged insulation.
