Thetford laning 7/8 may.

Going out on ely lanes sat morning making our way to thetford. Have a campsite with toilets and showers provisionally booked. Sunday run down to the coast on as much of peddars way as we can for fish and chips. Theres room for a couple more trucks if anyone wishes to join. Need to know asap to book campsite. Short notice I know but it's just how it's worked out. Cheers Gav

Gav Sorry I saw it late. is it still possible to join the camp for tonight and go for tomorrow's drive. Pls let me know if my car is ok for tomorrow's route (soft laning just to use all options on the car but not scratching n denting it )

Bit p*^*'d off I'm missing it, especially only being 20 miles away for me!
I had been hopeful since I saw you at the pub meet, but as mentioned, one of our daughters has a load of her friends staying at ours for her Birthday weekend!!
One thing is for sure...... Peddars Way is definitely a better option than catering for a hockey team of 25 year old women on a mission!! ....... my son's rugby mates are 'pussies' by comparison!!
So next time, I am Definitely in!.

Only just seen this. If you go again hopefully I’ll have something to bring along. The Pedders way is very tight around Wretham, did you run down Harling Drove too? Spent all winter walking that area!

No didn't do those bits. We were planning to backtrack to thetford from our camp in the morning but breakfast became very relaxed affair to almost lunch time. Instead of running back half hour we picked up peddars at west acre Ford. I wasn't entirely sure on the legality on the thetford end of peddars so chose to do the routes I was. I'll definitely sort another run or two if people are up for it.

Yes the definitive map and the Forestry Commission signage are conflicting at one point but if you’re heading this way make contact and I’ll give you the info I know.
