UK 120 vs Prado differences?

I've spotted this:

What will be the differences between this and a UK 120? I see some cosmetic differences, but is there anything else? Like a 180l fuel tank? Different transmisson/engine spec?

I see the seller page says mileage 99,000 but the GOV Mot web page says the milage at last mot (June 17) was 176,675 so somethings not right.

Australian GXLs had 180 litre tanks, I don't know if different countries got different spec with the same badge. Entirly possible I think. Rest of it would be a leatherless LC4.

No. The seller says 99K "on the clock". Definitely dodgy ;-)

As it's an import, perhaps the clock's in kilometres and he's not converted it to miles very well ?

I've had MOT garages get mileage / kilometreage mixed up in the past. Doesn't necessarily mean it's iffy. That said, 176k in miles is 110k, so yeah, bit odd.

Mine's an import and there is always a lot of confusion regarding mileage/ kilometerage. I'm never going to sell it so its not an issue for me but for something so simple its amazing how wrong people get it. Admittedly never as wrong as this so maybe be a bit suspicious...
