UK Aircon Compressor Refurbisher

I today had a leak found on my aircon compressor on the 105 and would like to send it off for a refurb.

Does anyone have any recommendations or experience of suppliers that you could share please.

I used this company to rebuild the AC compressor on my 80. Much cheaper than a genuine replacement. My compressor wasn’t listed on the website but gave them the part number and they said yes. Automotive Compressor Repairs Ltd+44 (0)1932 571980 - [Leaving Land Cruiser Club]

Seal & Gasket kit ordered. Will try this first. If pressure won’t hold after this will look to send it away.

From both big front and back o ring seals which are in the pack so that’s a good start! Never taken a compressor apart before so it will be a learning experience

They get corrosion on the ally that eats under the seal, so a nice gentle clean and a new seal should do the trick.
