£14K good? If you wanted to keep one for 20 years and the underneath was as good as the top then its not dear as preventative rustproofing could be effective. Its a pity its not a year newer with the GX Amazon spec and upgraded gearbox or indeed a VX, then it really would be special.

Couldn't help but notice on the end of the above link was this 80. The same one with big arches, wind deflectors and spacers is on eBay here for £2.5k more. Same seller too.

I remember emailing the seller about this one last year, and I was going to drive up and have a look. Was put off by feedback from the 'car wash' shop the 80 was being stored at. Tried to offer him GBP 8,888 (lucky chinese numbers), but got told 13,500 was lowest offer. Oh well.
