My garage was a new build, and water ingress has never been a problem.

4 poster looks unachievable in my garage.
I may well in the next couple of weeks be the owner of two 2 post lifts due to a clearance deal I have done - both recently serviced/insurance safety inspected.
Anyone want one? They are 3.2 and 3.5t, not sure which I will have yet

I am now the owner of a Ravaglioli 3.2t lift which I am keeping, and a Bradbury 2.5t which I will be selling on - they've both just been checked over by a lift engineer and are okay for use/sale. Rav one should be in my garage in about 4 weeks once the roof has been modified. Happy days.
