Hi all,
Hoping someone Has had this problem also, and can tell me what to do!!!!
I had all lights on dash VSC TRC VSC OFF ABS car trac pic.
I had the actutor starting to failing so had to have it replaced all lights still on dash, that’s when we had to source the motherboard.
Had Actuator and mother board replaced and was not a cheap effort just got it back on Friday was all great no lights on dash was preforming normal, was out Sunday afternoon in a massive storm felt water on my foot from drivers side and lights were back on within 1/2 hour.
When replaced the mechanic showed me the water damage on the mother board which is clearly from water getting in somewhere
All drains are unblocked, and checking the roof brackets for roof tray.
Does anyone have any advice as I don’t want to have to replace it all again.
And parts are getting hard to find !!! Especially the modules and motherboards.
Today for the first time in my driveway the ACTV TRAC pulled me up would hate that to happen on freeway.
Thank you

Regards
Kerry
I love my cruiser and don’t want to have to get rid of it

if you looking for the water leak try the windscreen at the upper corners had a similar problem when was in Queensland in heavy rain water came in down the inside of pillars got the body control computer wet then everything went haywire water came in from windscreen, that is where I would start looking for leaks mine is a 07/2004 Sahara and yes parts hard to find I still need a dash cluster got my gear select lights and cruise control light on all the time got water on the back of dash cluster

Mine has has recent issues with rain water dripping into the drivers foot well, all around the electrics. It was entering the windscreen pillar where there are four rivets holding on a plastic trim. The rivets had basically corroded away.
