Andy I've built a few van conversions for myself over the years and lived in one for over 10 years,weather never spoiled the day except when it was too hot. I'm thinking about a roof tent but struggling with the lack of weather protection and privacy...

I inflated the BFG's to 3 bar and used some injector cleaner before the trip. I wasn't trying to save fuel so I'm pleased with that. I get about 25 mpg around town. I also miscalculated the mpg and on checking I made the magic 30 mpg I hoped...

Just got 29mpg with a mixture of offroad,country and dual carriageway driving. I'm pleased with that.

Thanks Andy, Was just fancying a 100 series as well as my 120. I've always thought they look amazing and I do love that engine. I fancy driving round in a bigger tank for a while... Is there much difference in the 4speed or 5speed gearbox?

Went on Amayama Andy and managed to price up front shocks and springs and rear springs only. Why can't I use Amayama,drives me nuts?

Thanks Andy,I'll ty Amayama,I do struggle with their website tho'. Maybe it's easier on a laptop,I'll have another go. The OME springs need changing along with the OME shocks. The handling is good in corners on the tarmac,but on the dirt it's harsh and you end up trying to drive around the G-outs...

I was hoping the ride would be softer than my OME set-up Andy. I'm going back to a standard height. My choices are OEM/ £1900, Ironman/£750 and Pedders/£800. I'm not buying OEM at that price so do I take a chance on the other brands that they'll be compliant like the standard suspension? Or can...

My mate plugged his snap-on scanner into my 120 today. All good,injectors are all in spec,so I'll relax and check again next year.

I'm thinking about doing a day's 4x4 driving course with Protrax at Rockingham this summer. Has anyone done a course with Protrax? What's your view of courses like this? Cheers
