Pretty weird ay.. So I gave it a quarter of a turn more diesel and increased the boost to 1,1 bar. It now runs better and the idle came up so much I need to adjust it down again :) Cold engine idle is fine, but warm is to high

You probably got an electronic one, you can find out by looking at it. Mine started after changing to a mechanical one, but I don't know if it was the pump, sensor, ecu or something else that stopping it from starting :)

Update: the new pump is in and the engine is running again. Got the accelerator bracket of a 1kz-t engine, but I had to order a throttle cable, so no test run so far. Also sorted out the tacho wiring, but I need to find a source for the fuel cut solenoid. The butterfly valve is at the moment...

Could the spil valve be defect even when the resistance is ok?

I took of the the original hose from the turbo to wastegate. I then fitted a new hose from wastegate. I had to use fuelhose because the vakuumhose I had was to small. So from the turbo side I installed a tee with the turbo pressure gauge. I then installed the thee for the for the boost...

Installed a new controller today. The engine then ran badly around 0,7 bar and I could the see gauge going up and down in pressure. Removed the controller and blanked of the hose to the wastegate and the same thing happen. What to do? :)

Ok I see. I've read that by removing the front anti-roll you'll get a lot more flex, but I don't want more body roll on-road so I thougt a quick way of connecting whould have been nice :)
