Lynn and I went and watched a storm out to sea on Littlehampton beach last summer with fish and chips. We began to feel quite uncomfortable, then I found out why. We were being quietly surrounded by birds of all descriptions just standing motionless with their eyes fixed upon us at about 20 feet away or so. It was like something out of a Hitchcock movie! When we finished and threw them the scraps it was like a Millwall match after an away win!
