Clips under car seats

Hi all,

tried to remove my Prado middle bench to replace on of the tilt cables as it snapped and can’t tilt the back bench. I broke all the plastic clips, circled in red below:

there is no way I can properly remove them, any one has good clue? Need to get some replacements. Do they have to be Toyota’s.
