CV's

Hi Guys, just busy replacing my CV as the outer is knackered... Can anyone tell me which way this inner CV goes back on the shaft? Is that top ridge in this picture towards the top (circlip side) or bottom (outer CV side)...? I just cant remember from taking it off the axle... Thanks, (and thanks for the photo Fridayman...)

From memory it should only be able to go on one way.

Goes on half-way either end... Just want to make double sure before I use a bit of persuasion to fully seat it....aka rubber mullet...

Top side of picture goes in towards the outer CV, thus circlip is on the side without indents...
