Does this frame look bent? Trying to decide if its worth it to purchase at auction.

Hi guys, newbie here. Checking out this salvage title LC that has been rear ended. It dosen't look too bad from the pictures but wanted to get a second set of eyes from someone who has possibly taken off their bumper cover before. Considering putting a BIO 4x4 HC rear bumper and replacing lower clamshell but wondering what everyone thinks.
