Does anyone have any experience with Centrifuges. They are fitted to Landrover 2.5 diesels out of the factory, they are the perfect way to keep oil clean. The soot that sends your engine oil black, even at very low micron levels is abrasive and contributes to engine wear.
Using a CF in parralel with the filter should help to reduce wear, and even extend oil changes! They are already used as standard on Trucks, Buses, Marine engines and large Generators. If anyone has any pics of a CF fitted (even in a LandRover) it would be greatly appreciated!
