Hello. Buying help needed

Hello. Exciting times ahead whilst we embark on our search for a Land Cruiser. We have a budget of up to around £5k-ish. I’ve always loved the 80 & 100, but fear our budget will only get something rotten in these models. SWMBO prefers the look of the 120 over much else so I suspect this is where we will end up. It will be used daily for going up to the yard , then weekend trips out camping / dog trials etc. we’re after something to keep for many years.

What can we get for our £5k budget? I see a few around at this price point but are they actually a sensible purchase?

Also - the wife’s daily drive is about 2 miles each way so do we need to keep an eye out for a “non” DPF model, if they even did one ?

You might find a tidy 90 series for that and because they are rarer than the 120 your unlikely to be buying someone elses problems
