It's a push fit, with an o-ring on the body. It's retained by that 10mm bolt just to the side of it in Nick's picture.

Mine leaks oil where the cable goes in, Is it just an O ring Nick, Or do i need a new box

Mine had an 'O' ring inside the drive unit, some leak through the 'sealed' area where the wires pass through.
