A few guys in our Club have either Genuine Oz-Pigs or home made Versions.
Paully our resident welding guru has used a 2nd 9kg bottle and made a smoker/Oven that goes on top.
Does awesome pizzas & Meat Pies.
And the roast Brisket he did in his little 6qt camp oven inside it was awesome.
I'm collecting bits to build another of my own, but mine'll be in stainless and a bit bigger as I find it a pain finding/cutting timber to fit in the pig and I want to be able to fit at least a 10qt oven on top.
