Site problems?

Is anyone else having a problem with PMing people?

I keep getting this error when I click on a user or try to PM them:-

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_77d5_0.MYD' (Errcode: 17) [1]

An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.

An issue I don't understand. Been a while since it has happened.

cannot delete file /tmp/#sql_77d5_0.MYD
To fix it, I log in and delete it and all is well...

edit:
seems like it is a known issue. I'll have a proper look.
