Tyre question

Grabber 285/75/16 at2s £116 each unless they have gone up. Well worth the money. Or second hand Bfg all terrains. Set on eBay now. Sell your old set of wheels and it makes the next set affordable:icon-biggrin:

Camskills still had them when I checked recently

When I had a testers certificate, it was illegal to test your own motor.

Roger

No law against it, can be frowned upon though. I never used to test my own until one of the lads missed a crack in my chassis!! I'm not biased tbh and if it's a fail it fails. Not worth my career passing it to fix it later, it'd be my luck I'd have an accident caused by the defect.

Over here in Froggy land you have a CT (MOT) every 2 years, with commercials tested for pollution every year. The testing station is just that, no fixing, repairs, or anything else. This stops the 'bad' garages failing a car cos they need work..........A good idea me thinks
Its usually stricter than UK, but last 2yrs.
