1997 KZ-J95 Colorado 1KZ-TE 3.0 TD still won't start

I'm pretty sure it won't start with the wrong key so maybe contact the seller seeking info on how to be sure your ordering the right key and how it pairs with the immobilizer .

The answer might give you something to try with the keys you already have .

I've messaged the folks in Australia to see if they have instructions. I'm convinced that the immobilizer is the problem, just not sure how to go about remedying this.

Word back from Australia is that they have the part, but don't now how to pair to the immobilizer. :(

Might have my wires crossed here so apologise in advance.

I had new style folding keys made for my 99 Collie and followed the sequence below but found out that every vehicle has a master and valet key. Using a valet key to pair new keys did not work and it has to be a master which fortunately was one I had.

Thanks Mick. I'll give it a try at some point.
