A little bit of population trivia,

Here in Weifang, China, I am living in what many Chinese call 'a village'
I could never understand this, so I just decided to do some population, examination.

Weifang has a population of 8,500,000 (eight and half million)

Americas biggest city New York, has a population of 8,300,000

So Americas biggest city could also be called a Chinese village.

Now, Weifang, is by no means a big place, I can think of half a dozen Chinese villages, towns, cities, call them what you want, that have well over 10 million, and of course, Beijing with over 22 million.

So, where does that leave our London ? Manchester, ? Birmingham ?

Unfortunatly, UK's largest city, London, is also relegated to 'small Chinese city.

The only city with more population than Beijing is Tokyo.

Now, I know there are many ways to determine a cities population, but this isn't nothing scientific, it's just numbers pulled off Google.
