hankook RT03 285/75/r16

If I fit these on my 1997 4.2td amazon standard tyre size 275/70/16
Do I have to do any modifications, unsure what the 285 width and 75 aspect will make a difference.
Waiting for them to be in stack again at Camskill.

This question has been answered many times before. If you have an 80 series then you will not need any mods. Not sure about the 100 series.

Whats the reviews like on these tyres?? any good for on/off road? look ok/

A lad that works here got them for his big v8 yankee truck. some chevy. look quite agressive tyres, he said theey are meant to be good for mileage and good offroad.

Any ideas???
