I tried that a few years ago with various pictures. There were a number of limitations with the voting method and also pretty hard to match the votes with the images.
I'm looking to see if there is a better way to do it but might not be able to get it done in time. Worst case we'll pick 13 really good images and use those. Had no complaints last time.
