Well made the choice, went into PC world and ordered the new Nexus 7, 32GB unit. had to preorder on sunday for collection on tuesday.
Tuesday morning wife gets a phone call from PC world, to say that her three units were ready for collection, they had already sold out of that model.

I use a Motorola Xoom - 10" screen, GPS in built and memeory maps can be used with an app like MMtracker or AlpineQuest.

Works a treat for green lanes and Google Mpas for navigation (latest version allows a route to be cached locally so no data connection needed once on the move). If I need data I use my HTC Sensation XE as a wifi hotspot.
